We will charge or debit your payment as specified in the
Program Guideline at the beginning of your participation in the Program. When we renew your Program
Participation, we will use the same payment method currently associated with your account. If your
credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, we will notify
you via an in-app message and a SMS for you to regularize your payment method and allow and
authorize us to charge or debit payment for the renewal of your Program Participation. The status of
your Program Participation will be put as “on hold” for the 24-hour duration upon sending the above
notifications. You still enjoy the full privilege of a LE sharer.
If after the 24-hour period and we still fail to collect the
payment for the renewal of your Program Participation, your Program Participation status will be
changed to “suspended”. At this point, you are no longer eligible to crowd share your medical costs
and enjoy other benefits under the Program. Nevertheless, you are still responsible to regularize
your Program Participation payment. Your status will be reverted to “active” upon receipt of your
payment for the renewal of your Program Participation.
Upon expiry of 30 days from the date of above notification,
your Program Participation will be “terminated” if your payment is not regularized.
To update your payment method, click the “Payment” icon at the
bottom of the app screen, and follow the screen instruction accordingly.
Unless you cancel your Program Participation pursuant to Clause
2 of these Policies prior to the end of your then-current Program Participation term or the Program
Participation is otherwise terminated, we will automatically renew your Program Participation at the
end of such then-current Program Participation term provided always the payment for the renewal of
your Program Participation is duly made..
1. PROGRAM PARTICIPATON WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
You can withdraw your Program Participation at any time by
pressing the withdrawal button in our app. Upon confirmation of your withdrawal from the Program
Participation, you remain responsible for your current monthly share of medical costs. Balance
unutilized credits, if any, shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. We have the discretion
to utilize the balance unutilized credits to meet the medical expenses and the operating expenses
incurred in connection with this Program.
2. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION & REFUND POLICY
If the sharer’s Program Participation is terminated for
whatever reason, upon confirmation of termination of your Program Participation you remain
responsible for your current monthly share of medical costs. Balance unutilized credits, if any,
shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. We have the discretion to utilize the balance
unutilized credits to meet the medical expenses and the operating expenses incurred in connection
with this Program.
It is hereby expressly agreed and declared by the parties
hereto that notwithstanding any of the provisions of these policies to the contrary, the provisions
and terms of these policies may at any time and from time to time be modified, varied or amended by
us and thereupon such amendments and variations shall be deemed to have been amended or varied
accordingly and shall be read and construed as if such, modifications, amendments and variations
have been incorporated in and had formed part of these Policies at the time of posting hereof. Any
modifications, variations, amendments or changes made will apply to all Program Participation after
the date such modification, variation, amendment or change was implemented.
The modification, variation, amendment or change will become effective upon the earlier of posting
it to our app or otherwise communicating it to you which we are not obligated to do so and you will
be deemed to accept the modification, variation, amendment or change if you use our app after it has
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
By providing payment information to us, you agree that the
payment information is valid and in your name or in the name of an individual who has authorized you
to use their payment information for your Program Participation and/or renewal herein. You undertake
to indemnify us, our affiliates, officers, employees, agents or representatives from and against any
and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, costs and expenses arising from your violation or
unauthorized use of the payment information of any third party or unauthorized payment through any
third party’s account.
We make our best effort to ensure the reliability and safety of
our services however we cannot be held liable in any way for any funds lost from your account as you
may suffer or may be incurred due to technical issues, technical errors, third party interferences,
hacking, cybercrime, unauthorized access to any data or information furnished by you to us or such
other activities or events whatsoever.
6. UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT ACTIVITY
If you believe that there is a technical issues, technical
errors, third party interferences, hacking, cybercrime, unauthorized access or unauthorized
transaction or activity associated with your account, you should contact us immediately. A claim for
a refund of an unauthorized or incorrectly executed Transaction must be made within 3 months from
the date on which the funds were deducted from your account. After our receipt your claim for a
refund due to the above unauthorized or incorrect executed transaction, we will conduct a necessary
investigation to determined the same. After the investigation, we will refund the full amount of the
said unauthorized or incorrect executed transaction if we satisfied the investigation finding
recommending refund to you, Alternatively, we will provide you with justification if the
investigation findings do not recommend any refund to you. Notwithstanding the above, our
investigation findings would be conclusive and final. We shall not be liable for any direct and
indirect losses suffered by you by reason of any incorrectly executed transactions or unauthorized
7. MANAGING AND PROTECTING YOUR MY-WALLET ACCOUNT
You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to keep
safe and not share with anyone the personalized security details of your My-Wallet Account,
including your username, passwords, login and other security details relating to your My-Wallet
Account and including any PIN codes or other security features of a device on which your My-Wallet
Account is enabled.
If you forget any of your registration details you should
contact us on how to retrieve them.
The My-Wallet Account is personal to you and only you should
use it. The points in the Account are non-transferable. You should contact us without undue delay on
becoming aware of any loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of your Security Details or
loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of a device you use to access your My-Wallet
Account where your Security Details are embedded, retained or pre-configured on that device.
